  14. There are two main problems when using a MC-702 with removable media:
  15.  
  16. 1. If no medium is inserted the unit will not be present.
  17. 2. There are several Enforcer hits when removing a medium.
  18.  
  19. SetPatchMC702 solves both problems.
  20.  
  21.  
  22. SYNTAX: SetPatchMC702 UNITMASK/N
  23.  
  24.         Using the UNITMASK parameter you must specify which units are
  25.         removable. This is done by a BitMask, where each bit represents
  26.         the according unit. If you have more than one removable medium
  27.         simply add the values.

  29.                         Unit 0                  1
  30.                         Unit 1                  2
  31.                         Unit 2                  4
  32.                         Unit 3                  8
  33.                         Unit 4                 16
  34.                         Unit 5                 32
  35.                         Unit 6                 64

  37.                         Unit 7 is the Controller itself.

  40. EXAMPLE:

  42. You  have  a  CD-ROM  as  unit 1 and a Streamer as unit 4, so the needed
  43. value  is  2 + 16 = 18.  Simply  use "SetPatchMC702 UNITMASK 18"  to fix
  44. the problems.

  46. If no UNITMASK is specified only the Enforcer hits are fixed.

  49. NOTES:

  51. - SetPatchMC702 should be placed in your startup-sequence directly after
  52.   SetPatch and before mounting any removable drives.

  54. - SetPatchMC702 works with MASOBOSHI.device 2.201 and 2.202 only!
  55.   So I include the Eprom codes in this archive.
